We care about our books and do our best to pack them safely in a way they will arrive at your door in original conditions. We select new and used books, indicate their condition on the product page and photograph them as accurately as possible. If you have questions about a specific product don’t hesitate to contact us.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times 

Standard Delivery items are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days after the order has been placed and the payment received.

We ship from Germany with DHL, DPD or Deutsche Post. For larger stocks or heavy parcels, please contact us before placing the order and we will do our best to provide you with the most appropriate offer to ship your requested items.

Shipping costs include postage fee and handling. We will pack your order with care and attention, choosing the best products for packing your books and related items, to assure that they will arrive safely at your door. The shipping rate depends on your order's value and weight. You will see the exact cost of your items in your shopping cart during checkout.

For a small book under 500gr the estimated shipping costs are:

Book Priority Delivery Rate with German Post (trackable) 6.90€

Rest of the World
Book Priority Delivery Rate with German Post (trackable) from 6.90€
Standard Shipping with DHL from 16.90€

If you are a sole proprietor/trader or a business located in Europe, please send us a note at before placing your order. We will be happy to provide you an invoice without German Taxes, but we need more information about your business and VAT identification number.

Store Pickup (Berlin only)

If you’re in Berlin, Germany and would like to pick up your order in person, we welcome you to our new office and bookstore. Choose the option “Store Pickup” at checkout and as soon as you’ll place your order, you’ll receive an email with all the details to find us and schedule your pick up. Terms & Conditions


If you wish to return any goods, because faulty or incorrectly supplied, please send us an email at within a period of maximum seven (7) working days starting from the same day you receive your goods. In your email make sure to provide full details: order number, your contact information, and description of the product that you wish to return. If we are not able to exchange an item we will provide a refund. Sale or used items cannot be returned or exchanged. We are not able to refund the initial postage fee.

All items being returned in accordance with this policy must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We shall not accept an item for refund or exchange if it has been damaged in transit or otherwise. You should return items only with a recorded, trackable or special delivery as we are unable to refund items which are lost during transportation. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.

Please consider that we are NOT able to refund the following items:

Gift Cards, Sale and Used Items, Membership Cards, and Subscriptions

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
