SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Please note that deliveries are impacted in some countries due to Coronavirus.
Standard Delivery items are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days after the order has been placed and the payment received.
We ship from Germany with the best offer possible for your country. That may vary between DHL, DPD, or Deutsche Post. For larger stocks or heavy parcels, please contact us before placing the order and we will do our best to provide you with the most appropriate offer to ship your requested items.
Shipping costs include postage fees and handling. We will pack your order with care and attention, choosing the best products for packing your books and related items, to assure that they will arrive safely at your door. You will see the exact cost of your items in your shopping cart during checkout.
If you are a sole proprietor/trader or a business located in Europe, please send us a note at [email protected] before placing your order. We will be happy to provide you an invoice without German Taxes, but we need more information about your business and the VAT identification number.
If you wish to return any goods, because faulty or incorrectly supplied, please send us an email at [email protected] within a maximum period of seven (7) working days starting from the same day you receive your goods. In your email make sure to provide full details: order number, your contact information, and description of the product that you wish to return. If we are not able to exchange an item we will provide a refund. We are not able to refund the initial postage fee.
All items being returned in accordance with this policy must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We shall not accept an item for refund or exchange if it has been damaged in transit or otherwise. You should return items only with a recorded, trackable, or special delivery as we are unable to refund items that are lost during transportation. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
